11. Jurisdiction Policy
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters, disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or relating to the enrollment, training services, fees, course delivery, certification support, or any other services provided by EME Education shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim that cannot be resolved amicably between the student and EME Education shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.
The student agrees that by enrolling in any SAP training program offered by EME Education, they accept and acknowledge the jurisdiction stated above and agree to comply with all applicable terms, policies, and conditions of the institution.

12. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Course fees paid towards registration/admission are subject to EME Education refund terms.Once training sessions commence, fees are generally non-refundable.Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing / E-Mail within the applicable cancellation period.
Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on course commencement status and services already provided.
Any applicable taxes, processing charges, or statutory deductions will be deducted from the paid registration/course fees before processing the eligible refund amount.
The refund eligibility and final decision regarding any refund request shall be determined by the EME Education Management. The decision of the management shall be final and binding.
